Responsibilities & Key: Deliverables Performance as per intercity & Intercity OFC cut target, to maintain FTKM 4 hrs Completion of Dark fiber maintenance/All link power report with completion of A1 reports as per RJIL guidelines Compliance to Safety parameters/safety training. NIL accidents. 100% compliance of PPE availability and uses at sites
Orgnaisining Monthly CMP meeting with R&R facility for performers and identification of non-performers. Visit of all links every month with patroller/FRT
Identification of training needs and training of employees on OFC for the team and cross functional.
Qualification : 10+2/ITI (ELE/E&E/E&C) and Diploma Polytechnic (ELE/E&E/E&C) Competencies • Excellent convincing & communication skills
