Previous rate
1 to 100 unit = 1rs.
101 to 200 = 2rs.
If we use 200 unit total bill = 300,
But now
1 to 200 = 3.50 rs. 100 unit free, balance 100 unit bill 350 rs.
Bill amount increased 50 rs silently. But TN govt says 100 unit free!
